The App
SuanCraft does not send your bead positions or lesson progress to the developer. The App has no accounts, advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. Bead positions and progress remain in memory for the current window session. Your narration preference is saved locally on your device.
System speech
Lesson narration uses Apple’s system text-to-speech and available installed voices. SuanCraft does not request microphone access or record your voice. Apple manages system voices, downloads and platform services under its own policies. TestFlight testing and diagnostics are also handled by Apple.
This website
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site. For delivery and security it may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time. We do not add advertising trackers or a separate analytics script. Language selection is encoded in the URL, not a tracking cookie. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies when its protections apply.
When you contact us
If you email support, your email address and the information you choose to send are used to answer your request. Email service providers process that correspondence. Please avoid sensitive personal data. You may ask us about information you have sent or request deletion when it is no longer needed. GitHub issue reports are public and subject to GitHub’s policies.
